Refund policy
Updated Return Policy Effective January 24, 2023.
Since we have closed the store front we feel its time for an update to the return policy. Please read this post in its entirety and INITIAL ONCE READ.
Refunds will now be given in a form of store credit. We will no longer be doing cash back refunds to the original form of payment. We will issue you a giftcard via your email.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of the arrival date of your package via mail or 7 days from when your porch pickup item was ready for pickup. Once a return request has been approved you have another 7 days to return the item. Returns can be made by shipping it back at your own cost or dropped off at the address listed below. Once the item is returned and inspected for damages/original tag and passes inspection a store credit will be issued.
We will email you once we receive the item and let you know if the return is accepted or rejected and if/when a credit is issued.

1. Order#
2. Name and email on order.
3. Item wishing to return.
Ship all returns to 266 E Indiana Ave Bloomfield, IN 47424
Should defects occur (cosmetic or otherwise) within 14 days of purchase, please inform us immediately. Shipping of the item to be returned may be paid by Southern Charm and tracking information will be provided so that both parties may have confirmation of delivery. Once item(s) have been repaired or replaced, Southern Charm will cover the return shipping for domestic destinations.
